Unique System LLC (a Unique Maritime Group Company), has delivered FOB to a deck barge in the port of Iberia, Louisiana, a transportable 12 man 300m Saturation Diving System for transportation aboard ship from New Orleans to Batam, Indonesia. The Owner is J. Ray McDermott (JRM).

The system design, assembly and project management were executed by Unique System in the USA, while many major components, such as the Diving Bell and  Control Systems were supplied by Unique Hydra in South Africa. Both are members of the Unique Maritime Group of companies.

The DNV classed system was completed on time, approximately 18 months after inception and within 1 year from obtaining DNV design approvals. The first use of the state-of-the-art system will be aboard the DSV Emerald Sea later this year.
