KM Training Centre in Unique System was started in the year 2007 with accreditation to The Nautical Institute, for the DP Operator Course. DP Operator certification is possible by attending the Basic Operator Course and Advanced Simulator Course along with the required sea time on DP Operation. Attached is the flow chart with details of the process. Course is completely handled by Kongsberg Maritime Training Department, Norway and courses are conducted by Certififed Instructors from KM.

Apart from the DP Courses, the Centre is also equipped with simulator on Vessel Control System, Alarm Monitoring system and VDR, for customized training.

- DP Basic Course – USD 3250

- DP Advanced Course – USD 3500

Course duration = 5 days

Cancellation:

- Cancellation more than four (4) weeks before starting date of course: None

- Cancellation from two (2) to four (4) weeks before starting date of course: 50% of course price

- Cancellation less than two (2) weeks before starting date of course: 100% of course price

Unique System provides assistance for the following at participant’s expense.

Visa: USD 300 (approx)

Daily transport to training center : Extra

1. Hydrography Course – recognized by the International Advisory Board (formed by representatives of parent organizations: FIG, IHO and ICA) for the Category-B- Hydrography course.
