Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating day-to-day Admin and Accounts activities workshop
  • Handling day-to-day office expenses and petty cash
  • Responsible for local purchase and inventory of workshop
  • Accountable for all workshop related tasks like House Keeping, Security, Pest Control, CCTV, maintenance of AC & other office equipment, Stationery, Dispatch, Pantry & other vendors
  • Ensure the proper service of connectivity like internet, telephone and mobile services
  • Coordinating with Mumbai office for BTR arrangements like Hotel/Air/Car/Train booking of Vadodara employees
  • Coordinating with postal, courier services for documents/ equipment and sending them to the concern person correctly
  • Settling utility bills and staff expenses in coordination with accounts & HR
  • Feeding and maintaining all necessary entries in AX related to Admin, local purchase, Inventory and HR in coordination with Mumbai office
  • Record and report workshop expenses in order to provide day-to-day management and control of all spending
  • Ensure that all equipment and assets within the workshop are used efficiently and that such assets are maintained properly and all appropriate records are kept up to date
  • Maintain ready stock of equipment, spare parts and consumables to support the company's operations
  • Ensure all equipment/assets within the workshop is identified on company asset registers & are maintained
  • Maintaining and ensuring all legal compliance pertaining to workshop
  • Maintain records in accordance with internal quality systems, procedures and ISO standards
  • Maintaining records related to Purchase, Logistics, Accounts, Admin, QHSE etc


  • Graduate with experience of routine accounts and admin activities
  • Good communication and computer proficiency
  • Local candidate preferred
