Job Purpose

To support people operations, drive HR functions to ensure compliance and core functionality while helping prepare the organisation for future growth. This includes refining policies and processes, handling the establishment of new offices, promoting tech-savvy culture promoting company values and culture in a progressive manner.

Key Result Areas

Organisation Design and Development

  • Represents Human Resources at the Regional level (GCC) to build strong business relationships with GCC offices especially for offices with no HR Representatives
  • To coordinate the establishment of new offices from start to end, to ensure operational excellence and people satisfaction. This will/can include finding office space, securing visas and licenses, mobilisation and training of people. Includes all GCC Offices. (For E.g. Saudi, UAE & Qatar)
  • Drive the implementation of Human Resources programs through the Human Resources team
  • Monitor administration to establish standards and procedures. Consistently Identify opportunities for improvement and resolve any discrepancies
  • Formulate HR GCC Policies and Ensure Regional Policies are Streamlined. Helping Build a GCC Platform on the process
  • Fix all ERP HR Modules for all GCC Offices, which would include AFR, BTR, Expense Claims, Training, Performance Appraisal Module, etc
  • KPI Building and Managing performance Appraisal process for all GCC Offices
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions


Talent & Onboarding

  • Overlook Full Recruitment Cycle for all GCC Offices
  • Manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
  • Manage Talent Mapping Process & Matrix
  • To liaise and conduct the smooth induction and on-boarding of new staff
  • To ensure that new joiners have a clear 30-60-90-day training plan and set them for personal and business excellence
  • To coordinate with new joiners for clarity of role and KPIs in case of distant placements in GCC offices
  • To manage the probationary reports, make sure probationary reports are prepared by managers by the appropriate date and returned to HR. Issue probation completion letter accordingly

Communication & Internal Branding

  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover the communication gaps to ensure and enhance employee engagement
  • Facilitates Critical Communication with Divisional heads to bring the best solutions for operational Excellence
  • Acts as internal Marketing and communication representative Via LinkedIn and Share Point soundboard to establish Unique as ‘Best Employer’

Employee Engagement & People Operations

  • To conduct Exit Interviews to ensure the smooth exit of staff members from the company
  • Effectively partner with managers on people engagement
  • Manage employee accommodation (UAE) to achieve maximum resident satisfaction

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

Knowledge

  • 5-7 years experience in People Operations in a diverse organisation
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources – Preferable
