Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling job order invoicing for Sales, Hire, Service and Projects
  • Liaise with outstation units, which are supported from UAE and handling invoicing
  • Maintenance of Inventory and Asset tracking in AX
  • Monthly counting J/V
  • Creation of Rental System & Rental Asset
  • Inventory split for system break up
  • Equipment creation and Inventory to FA function
  • Disposal and invoicing of Sold, Lost / BER assets
  • Monthly and annual stock take and reconciliation
  • Verification of Purchase Invoices and Cost Booking
  • Freight cost booking and re-charging
  • Handling delivery notes / goods received notes
  • Creating DN/GRN Rental Equipment
  • Consignment Receipts / Deliveries
  • Handling DN/GRN for outstation units – KSA, US, Netherlands, Qatar – wherever it is required
  • Inter-Company / 3rd Party Cross Hire
  • Utilization reports
  • Cross Hire Revenue & Cost Invoicing
  • Monitor customs stock movement / reconciliation
  • Monitor drivers time sheets / OT
  • Engineer time sheets and allowance preparation
  • Coordinate Logistics, Customs, Facility and Transport activities

 Knowledge, Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in commerce
  • 5 years related experience preferably in accounts and logistics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good IT Skills - excellence is required in Excel, Word and overall good IT skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX experience preferred
