Job Description:
- Assist in implementing, training, and supporting the Users in ERP system – D365 Finance and Operations and other Microsoft Technologies like CRM, Power BI and Power Apps
- Developing Power BI Dashboards and Power Automate functionalities
- Gathering, Scope defining, Mapping, performing QA & QC test
- Document all procedures related to the ERP process
- Assist the users with the implementation of their business processes
- Educate the users concerning best practices way of working
- Understand the new development from Group ERP Manager
- Transfer of knowledge among the teams and to users
- Assist in MS Ecosystems activities and initiatives
- Data Migration from legacy into D365 F&O
- Assist in the reporting of KPIs for the different departments and companies
- Assist in the documentation of the general business processes
- Upload of data into D365 F&O using DMF or Excel
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 6+ Years’ experience with D365 F&O
- Certification in Dynamics will be an advantage
- Power BI and Power Automate knowledge desirable
- Experience in implementing ERP systems
- Proactive with good communication skills
Qualification:
Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in commerce or MBA Finance.
