Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced and well-organised Inside Sales & Procurement Coordinator, to provide support to the field sales team and the broader internal organization. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

The goal for the candidate will be to ensure complete customer satisfaction and to facilitate the sales team’s activities with the aim to maximize their performance and drive long-lasting development of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facing clients & vendors daily to coordinate all their requirements & questions
  • Processing all sales orders by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to the client.
  • Processing all purchase orders that are requested by the internal organization
  • Daily and accurate usage of the internal sales & procurement processes in the CRM & ERP system
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Chasing vendors for lead time confirmation in order to deliver timely to our clients or monitor upcoming delays well in time.
  • Communicate clearly with the warehouse & logistical colleagues for on-time and complete deliveries to our clients
  • Monitor and identify shortcomings and propose improvements to the existing sales & procurement processes
  • ssist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Assist in sales activities such as desktop acquisition, email campaigns, courtesy calls and other activities to help building further on our new and existing client relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies

Skill and Competency Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as an Inside Sales & Procurement Coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered beneficial
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English both written and verbal (German and French are considered a plus)
  • Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be considered advantageous 
  • Enthusiastic and energetic to face customers and vendors every day
