  • Ensure work is completed within budgeted time
  • Site coordination
  • Comply with Unique Group’s QHSE Management System
  • Report any unsafe act or condition; stop and challenge any work that is considered unsafe
  • Identify and initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities in processes or systems
  • Promote a positive QHSE culture in the workplace
  • On receipt of job file from Sales Department, maintain all relevant operations documentation until completion of same ensuring all costs are captured for invoice purposes
  • In conjunction with relevant Operations Manager/Team Leader, arrange logistics of manpower and equipment to/from customer sites in line with job requirements
  • Liaise with customer and relevant Operations Manager /Team Leader on requirements of logistics of manpower and equipment
  • Coordinating preparation of all relevant documentation assisted by Store keeper for the shipment of equipment to/from Hamriyah Free Zone within and out of the country
  • Coordinating preparation of product information sheets, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and product labelling assisted by Store Keeper & relevant engineers
  • Co-ordinate requirement for visas, site passes, travel and accommodation requirements etc. with Operations Administrator
  • Preparation of Daily Work Schedule report, ensuring information is accurate and current
  • Manage day-to-day Operations administration function
  • Provide support to other departments, as and when required
  • Assist Logistics division to prepare all relevant documentation required for shipment of equipment to/from Hamriyah Free Zone within and out of the country
  • Ensure business processes as defined by ERP is well followed
  • Maintain training records and pass information
  • Fulfill user requirements by identifying and resolving ERP related issues.
  • Provide adequate training to users as and when required and equip the team to effectively utilise AX
  • Manage, grow and improve the existing end-user experience of the system
  • Coordinate with users and the ERP department for all AX related issues or clarification
  • Prototype new procedures for the purpose of enhancing business processes and operations
  • Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the system
  • Provide direction for the system users in support of business operations
  • Maintain job completion certificates in AX
  • Maintain updated CVs of all technicians/service engineers
  • Arrange and coordinate offshore training schedules for manpower
  • Ensure technicians receive Instruction Sheet prior to travelling to customer’s site


Knowledge Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Multitasking ability
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Possess good communicative skills, ie, have the ability to write and speak clearly and succinctly, and to demonstrate this in all official communications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in all situations
  • Must be adept in use of MS Office packages including ERP
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and in detail, within the given constraints
  • Self-motivated, consistently taking the initiative to get things done
  • Must be a team player.
