  • Purchase and logistics of materials & equipment for services of Workshop and projects
  • Processing vendor complaints in quality system
  • Negotiate competitive price with vendors
  • Timely delivery / follow-up on delivery of equipment & materials
  • Update delivery dates to Sales and Logistics Departments
  • Co-ordinate with Logistics & Stores for collection and delivery of orders
  • Determine the Vendor Rating Score (VRS)
  • Reporting the VRS to the Management team
  • Management of long lead materials
  • Management of inventory control of equipment and materials related to workshop and office
  • Processing invoices for delivered spare parts
  • Processing invoices for the Service department
  • Performing data entry and maintaining records in the ERP system
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the ERP system
  • Maintain document database environment, standards and procedures
  • Support and engage with ERP team for periodic system audits and metrics
  • Compliance with QHSE for purchase and logistic activities


Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Graduate with a technical background 
  • Minimum 2-5 years of procurement and logistics experience with understanding of equipment and engineering materials
  • Working knowledge of ERP system, preferably AX
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Conversant with MS office tools like M.S Word, M.S Excel, M.S Project
