Roles and Responsibilities:
- Executing Sales and marketing activities of Diving division
- Responsible for rental and purchase sales requirements of Diving and Buoyancy & Load Testing departments
- Preparation of rental and purchase proposals
- Accountable for all presales activities like tendering, quotation submission and follow up with customers
- Gather Market Intelligence and take proactive strategic steps to enhance performance to meet overall organisational objectives
- Prepare costings for bids
- Prepare necessary data to prepare bids/quotations/ preparation of tender and qualification documents
- Co-ordination with OEMs in various countries for procurement of items required for the region
- Ensure provision of timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly sales analysis reports and updates to sales & management team/ principles
- Coordinate with service team for the job execution of order received
- Ensure timely billing of completed project/order
- Receivables/ Payment follow-up
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or B Tech/BE Electronics or Electrical
- 1-3 years of experience in tendering, sales, and marketing
- A highly motivated and dynamic individual
- Possess good customer service & communication skills
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
- Conversant with MS office tools like M.S Word, M.S Excel, and M.S Power point, ERP System etc
- Preferred candidates from Marine/Diving/Electronics Engineering industry
