Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all internal sales activities and customer contacts
  • Will be responsible for developing quotations and proposals
  • Analyse requests for quotation (RFQ), including commercial and technical specifications to develop effective, accurate and professional quotations through AX
  • RFQ logging, management reporting, status follow-up with customers.
  • Prepare final proposals in a timely manner. Clarify any deviations, assumptions or exceptions to customer’s project specifications.
  • Develop accurate cost and delivery estimates.
  • Resolve discrepancies between quotation and customer order.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
  • Interface with clients, in support of the relevant Sales Manager, including telephone calls, arranging meetings etc.
  • Proactively identify customer issues and support Sales Support team during escalations
  • Management of Tenders & Tender Documentation
  • Preparation of MIS Reports for the Divisions
  • Create rental jobs
  • Collect rental POs and update in corresponding jobs
  • Prepare End User documents, Export license documents and Pre-Qualification documents
  • Create Purchase Requisition, Product Creation Request, BOMs/ Production orders, and credit note requests
  • Check and distribute SST/Unique info Email/Fax
  • Assist Compass (AUH Office)
  • Arrange collection of Tender Documents
  • Prepare monthly, weekly, or daily sales report

 Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree is a MUST with at least 2 years experience
  • Experience in ERP is a MUST
  • Possess good communicative skills in English i.e. can write and speak clearly and succinctly, and to demonstrate this in all official communications
  • Conversant with MS office tools like M.S Word, M.S Excel, M.S Power point.
