Key Result Areas:
- Providing administrative support to the workshop team
- Sending equipment to OEM for repair & following up as required
- Creating/issuing purchase orders for repairs, workshop consumables & stock items
- Tracking lost/damaged rental items to ensure they are followed up in a timely manner
- Providing admin support for the sales team – quotation follow-up, generation of quotes, etc
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the office
- Assisting in administering the CRM system
- Upkeep the live despatch spreadsheet
- Assist in arranging travel for engineers/sales team
- Assist with Document Control
- Assist QHSE/HR and any other department where required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum National 4 in English and Maths
- NC Qualification in Office administration or similar (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of standard office software packages (MS Word, Excel, Adobe)
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Flexible approach to tasks and roles
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
