Job Description:
- Execute onsite/offshore client support jobs of Survey
- Provide engineering services and technical support for client
- Upgradation and calibration of survey equipment
- Repair & maintenance of survey equipment
- Undertake the mobilisation and demobilisation of all the equipment
- Coordinate and assist the Sales and Logistics Divisions in equipment movement
- Servicing of third-party equipment with the help of engineers
- Provide training to junior technicians or trainees
- Ensure accuracy of survey & marine inventories data in ERP system
- Maintain and audit physical stock of equipment & inventories
- Follow the job cards provided by the Manager
- Compile service report and follow-up of service
- Undertake site visits for inspection, installation and service support
- Coordinate and provide technical support to the sales team
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in survey jobs and equipment repair
- Good knowledge of survey equipment & related software
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation & Communication
- Able to interact with customers
- Conversant with MS office tools like M.S Word, M.S Excel, M.S Powerpoint
