HD-SE 12 DNV, HD Series Modular DSV System

The HD series of saturation systems are designed as the modular DSV add on system. Looking for a full enclosed saturation dive system, yet do not want to buy another vessel. This is the answer! The HD saturation diving systems are easily deployed on medium to large DSV's for occasional saturation work-scopes. The HD-SE 12 DNV/IMCA system is designed for launching the bell through a moon-pool utilising a gantry system. The SPHL is deployed directly over the side of the vessel making it an easily integrated sat dive system. The dive chamber system consists of a triple lock 6 man chamber with the living area fitted out for 6 people, a second twin lock chamber with a 4 man habitat facility and a 3 man come-out facility and independent wet-pot facility. The SPHL is also fitted out as a dedicated 12 person SPHL. The dive and sat control room is fitted into their own dedicated areas with conveniently positioned windows. All of the machinery for the system is fitted in and around the diving system. The hydraulic system is our proven DNV approved / IMCA compliant, 12 ton and 7.5 ton winch combination with a dual redundant power-pack. Our saturation dive systems come complete with a full IMCA Audit package, asset listand PMS software package. The sat diving system is also extensively tested through use of the latest FMEA methodologies in our yard before being shipped, thereby ensuring first time operation during mobilisations and low commercial risk in your projects.
