Unique Group, global innovators in subsea technologies and engineering, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with i2S, a specialist in complex underwater imaging systems, to expand the reach of i2S’s OrphieCam and OrphieScaph cameras, along with their newly developed OrphieScan 3D Image Modelling solution. This collaboration will bring cutting-edge underwater imaging technology to the Middle East under an exclusive agreement, while supporting non-exclusive sales in other regions.
The Orphie cameras embedded a worldwide patented technology, with a visibility distance multiplied by 3 compared to classic cameras, combined with color processing algorithms that reproduce the true colors of objects, Orphie enable users to save vessel days and work in conditions that would be impossible without this technology. The range comes in two models for 300m depth-rated cameras with an hard anodized aluminium housing suitable for shallow water inspections by ROV and divers, and a 3000m depth-rated camera with a titanium housing which is apt for deep sea exploration. Additionally, the latest OrphieScan 3D Modelling Service, which delivers up to 0.3mm accurate 3D models even in CAD format is also a valuable addition to Unique Group’s portfolio. All these solutions will be distributed exclusively by Unique Group in the Middle East for rental and sale and non-exclusively elsewhere.
