The awards, presented on June 12 at a prestigious ceremony at P&J Live in Aberdeen, recognise outstanding achievements in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Training across Scotland. This success marks a major milestone for Unique Group and highlights its commitment to people development, leadership excellence, and corporate social responsibility.
Fiona Reeks, Vice President of Human Resources at Unique Group, was named HR Leader of the Year for her transformative leadership, aligning HR strategy with business growth, enhancing performance frameworks, and driving diversity initiatives across a global workforce of 650 employees in 14 locations, contributing to a 10% revenue increase in 2024.
Debbie Middleton, Human Resource Manager, earned HR Professional of the Year for modernising HR processes, integrating acquisitions, digitising systems, and launching inclusive well-being programmes, significantly improving workplace culture and retention.
