The offshore T series of man-rider winches are designed for heavy duty offshore use. Man-rider winches are classified for use where the load is used above the surface and below the surface (sub-sea). The sub-sea element is more stringent in load factors and material requirements. The T-Series winches are typically used for saturation diving systems and consist of a dual hydraulic drive system, each drive capable of recovering the full load independently. Each drive includes a planetary gearbox, integral shaft-mounted, multi-disc, fail-safe brakes, and dynamic hydraulic over-centre valves. The winch is constructed from high quality Steel and painted with a Marine-Grade Primer and High-Gloss Topcoat. The winches are approved by classification societies. The winches are ABS approved.
