1800 WSM - Mixed Gas Control

The 1800 WSM 3-diver mixed gas control panel is an IMCA-compliant divers’ gas control panel. The panel is designed for installation in dive control rooms or containerised systems where access to the back of a panel is not feasible due to space constraints. The control panel is supplied with three LP air supply inlets (one per diver) and three HP Tescom Regulated Supplies with HP selection including Mix 1, Mix 2 and HP air. The final selection is LP oxygen with a block and bleed function. The panel includes features such as an emergency cross-over valve on the divers’ manifold and safety valves on the air supply lines and on the pneumo gauges. The cross-over valves can perform functions D1 to D2, D2 to D3, and D1 to D3. Gas analysis sample points are provided on each diver’s manifold in accordance with standard industry practice and IMCA guidelines. The fittings are all high quality Parker fittings and valves and by using Tescom regulators, we are confident of the reliability of our panels. The communication system is not integrated in the control panel but is mounted with the rest of the control room electronic equipment in a 19in rack assembly. Our Sales Team will be able to quote you separately on the communication system if you are buying the panel independently of a full containerised system.
